Mediation: What is it?
This is an informal and voluntary process wherein the consultant acts as a mediator between conflicting parties by carefully evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of all arguments. We generally meet with each party individually and then facilitate a joint session for all parties involved.
Almost all work – related conflicts can be worked upon through mediation however its effectiveness depends largely on the willingness and participation of those involved. Through facilitated communication and problem-focused approach we aim to help you find alternatives to existing conflicts.
